“ It's been a while since I've had their pizza, matter of fact several years, because of moving away from the QC. Pizza had a different taste than what I can remember; even my relatives said it tasted different. They also said I've been pizza-fied'lol' by the East and West coast pizza . The price seemed about the same, and my thoughts are: 1. Prices go up and the same quality and ingredients are used, keeping that traditional taste. 2. Prices stay the same and use cheaper ingredients, losing that traditional taste. 3. I think we are looking at the latter, and I get it: not all businesses, matter of fact no business is in business to lose money. So with that being said! I'll be back. So if you're in the area, definitely grab yourself some Alfano's 4. That cheese---Love it ”

“ Pros: great tasting pizza, sauce is delicious and the crust has a good crunch but not too dry. Service is good. Very family friendly. Cons: really dirty inside, needs a deep cleaning/dusting, online ordering would be nice We try and pick up a pizza wherever we drive through Rock Island. ”

“ Lifelong resident of the Quad Cities... we finally tried tried Alfano's tonight. I was met by a pleasant voice on the phone and again in person picking up. The staff seemed to be working as a team to create the pizzas for each order. We tried the "regular crust" - one with sausage and pepperoni, and one with half cheese/half sausage. The pizza was still hot at our house 20 minutes later, and we found it to be very tasty and of great quality. See you again soon! ”

“ No one makes better pizza anywhere in the world than Alfono's. The stuffed pizza as far as I am concerned, is the king of all pizza absolutely the best pizza I have ever eaten in my life. I have been eating here since 1974 and have always enjoyed the wonderful food and the great time visiting with Frank, Norma, Pete, and family. I want to add a note of thank you for their kindness when my wife passed away. I had a lot of people at my house and I thought the best way to handle it was ordering pizza and whenI went and pick it up. They did not charge me and gave me two extra pizzas . Kindness like this will never be forgotten thank you thank you all. ”
“ Our Son moved to RockIsland and we were looking for a good pizza place to have dinner. This place is awesome - we should know - lived in Chicago for 24+ years - we know pizza - and this place is great! Cheese garlic bread was very good - just the right amount of garlic / cheese balance and not all "greasy" with butter. A+ - Pizza came out - I had the personal deep dish and it was just about as good as Giordano's! My wife and son had the double decker - and was it loaded with ingredients! They were short handed that night and only one waitress for the small dining room - but our waitress took it in stride and did a great job. Overall great experience and we'll be back! ”
